Return Conditions

  • Return Window: Returns are accepted within 2 business days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

    • The product received is damaged or defected.

    • The product is not the correct size or color.

    • The product delivered is not what was ordered.

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Approval & Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval status of your return.


No Returns or Refunds on Stitched Articles

Please note that stitched articles are customized and therefore, cannot be returned or refunded. We advise you to review your order carefully before confirming, as we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds on these items once purchased.


How to Apply for a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team through our website. Once approved, you will receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, incorrect in size or color and not what was ordered.

Refund Method

Refunds will be provided in the form of an EASTKA Gift Card, equivalent to the value of the returned product. This Gift Card can be conveniently used for future purchases on EASTKA.

  1. Refund Timeline: The Gift Card will be issued and sent to your registered email within 1 business day after the returned item is approved.

Our courier partner will contact you to arrange for the parcel to be picked up from your provided address.

Please note that returns will not be accepted for reasons other than those listed above.
